Planning Resources for ELCA Synod Assembly Coordinators

Augsburg Fortress, the publishing ministry of the ELCA, looks forward to partnering with you for your 2008 Synod Assembly. Here's a preview of what we look forward to providing for you:

Book of Faith — Join the Conversation!: Augsburg Fortress is a key partner in the Book of Faith Initiative working to develop resources. The first resource to be released is Opening the Book of Faith: Lutheran Insights for Bible Study. To celebrate its release in April, attendees at 2008 Synod Assemblies will have the opportunity to receive a FREE copy of the book when they sign up to get Book of Faith resource E-updates. Attendees can sign up for E-updates and get their copy of the book at the Augsburg Fortress store while supplies last!

Additionally, Augsburg Fortress is working with the Vocation and Education Unit of the ELCA on aspects of Assembly programming related to the Book of Faith Initiative. However, please continue to work directly with Vocation and Education Unit staff on plenary/workshop scheduling and logistics.
